Shipping Information

1. Delivery Locations

We ship throughout the UK and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Final costs will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

  • UK Orders: Typically dispatched within 5–7 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days.

  • International Orders: Dispatched within 5–7 business days and delivered within 10–21 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates, and delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as customs or postal disruptions.

4. Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. We use recyclable and eco-friendly materials wherever possible.

5. Damaged Items

If your ceramics arrive damaged, please email us at studio@rockgardenceramics.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns and Exchanges

We take pride in our handcrafted ceramics, but if you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for standard products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged for return.

  • Custom and commissioned items are non-refundable unless damaged upon receipt.

2. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at studio@rockgardenceramics.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the item.

  3. Package the item securely to avoid damage during return transit.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, follow the same process as returns. We’ll ship the new item after receiving the returned one.

Custom Orders

Custom and commissioned ceramics are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if the item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
