Yellow Ochre Mug
Hand-thrown black stoneware mug with a trimmed foot and handwritten maker’s mark. Finished with a gloss transparent glaze, which reacts with the black clay during firing to produce a yellow ochre colour.
Originally made for Skosh restaurant on Micklegate in York.

Capacity: approximately 9–10oz.
Recommended for a latte coffee.
Care: dishwasher safe.
