A set of two hand-thrown red stoneware cymbal plates with wide, raw clay rims and gloss transparent glazed centres. Each has a trimmed double foot and handwritten maker’s mark.
Seconds from a chef commission, offered at a reduced price because the two pieces differ slightly in weight and size.
Made by hand in our York studio.
Glaze: gloss transparent centre, raw clay rim.
Set includes: 2 cymbal plates.
Plate 1: approximately 27.5cm wide × 3.5cm tall, with a 12cm centre.
Plate 2: approximately 28cm wide × 4cm tall, with a 12cm centre.
Care: dishwasher safe.
Each piece is individually made, with natural variations in shape, colour and finish.
